Please, provide more details about your issues.

Are you running Graphite or Mist ?
Do you have firewall working?

Both applications. I can't put any files to subfolders.
No firewall in use. Subfolders in Project navigator shows as files

Ok, Lets start investigating the problem.
What browser you are using?
Which project you created?
Can you open and modify existing files?
Do they Save correctly?

>What browser you are using?
Google Chrome 19.0.1084.52 m
>Which project you created?
Simple project - nothing special. I create folders to put the files there with the code
>Can you open and modify existing files?
Yes. I can. But only in top level in navigation tree. Directories behave the same way as files - offered in the main window to edit. its no good.

How you are attempting to create child files and folders? Are you using the context menu(right click on the parent folder)?
Can you provide some way of screenshot/screencast(Jung is a good free tools)?

if add "existing files" folders not be created. Folder name created as file.

When I imported the project, all folders have been made as. I did not realize that this is not a folder and tried to go inside to organize your files.

I found your project in the backend.

Could I  ask you to create new project using Kendo UI template. i will look at the backend if folders will be created

Then please create new folder by right click on the project name (not solution) and select add new folder
Then add new file in same manner
