Hello Robert,
Thank you for using our product. I tried creating a project locker repository, but it seems that most of the HTTPS operations are quite buggy as its in beta. Push for example gives HTTP 411 error from both Icenium and the git console. The latter even shows SSL certification issues.
The best recommendation we can give you at the moment is to avoid using projectlocker for your Icenium repositories. Other free alternatives are GitHub, Bitbucket, Google code, Codeplex etc.
