I have a problem with the scrollbar thumb. Sometimes it can not be dragged when holding down the left mouse button. This only occurs on certain PCs. I also have a problem with the drag-n-drop of columns in the data grid for moving columns and dropping columns into the grouping area. On some PCs this works and on others it does not.
It appears that on some PCs the ability to hold down the left mouse button and drag and object does not work. I can't reproduce this problem on an a PC that does not have the problem and I'm unable to figure out what the problem is on the PCs that don't work. I've switched mice, although the mice function perfectly for all other functions besides silverlight.
Has anyone experienced this anomaly? If so, please let me know what the fix is, thanks...

Could you provide more information about the PCs that are not behaving correctly? Are all PCs using the same Telerik assembles (which version)? What operating system is in use? Such information would help us simulate the problem and possibly provide a solution.
Best wishes,

PC with the problem:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
Sliverlight 3.0.40818.0
II7 7.0.5730.13 Update Versions: 0
Telerik Latest Version: 2009.3 1103 (Nov 3, 2009)
This problem also existed in Telerik Q2 version. We can't duplicate it on other PCs. In other words we can't build a PC and create the problem. It just exists on these user PCs and we can't find out why. I've disabled all add-ons except Silverlight in the browser and that does not solve the problem. Also loaded FireFox and it has the same problem. This problem also exists in the demo programs on your web site and on other demo programs on the MS Silverlight web site. It's not just telerik. It's any scrollbar in a Silverlight application. I have a support ticket open with Microsoft, but no help so far. This is a very difficult problem and makes any Silverlight application useless on the PCs that have this problem. So far each test user, their are now four(4) has this problem. None of the developers or admins in our group have this problem. Thought it might be related to poweruser privilages, but I set up a PC with same configuration and poweruser privilage and I can't reproduce the problem.

We were unable to reproduce the problem. Is there any response from Microsoft on this issue?

Yes, we are working with Microsoft, but not much help yet.
We have found what seems to be causing the problem. If we create a new user account on the PC with the problem that new account works. It looks like it might be something in the NTUSER.DAT file for that user that is causing the problem. Now we must find the registry entry for that user that is causing the problem.

I am having the exact problem as noted in this post. Did anyone ever find a resolution to the problem?
