i have problem with telerik and <authentication mode="None" /> in web.config file.
when i change <authentication mode="None" /> to comment , the web page errors that cant find telerik controls and when i return it to code, vs2010 says that "It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS."
please help me to resolve this,

Not sure why telerik controls should be connected with errors with authentication. If you remove or replace them with MS controls, do you get rid of it? And your site has to be configured as virtual directory as the message says.
