I have a RadGridView with two groups and the horizontal scroll bar does not work correctly if I press the down button and keep pressed, but if I click the button several times or use the mouse scrool the scroll bar works normally.

Hello Eduardo,

I tested your scenario with our Q1 2012 but I didn't get any unexpected behavior of the scrollbar. Please, take a look at this video. From the details you provided I suppose that you are pressing the down button of the vertical scrollbar. Will it be possible to be more specific about its incorrect behavior? Are you able to get the described issue on the attached project?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

All the best,

Hello,
As shown in the video and the groups are not expanded, so the scrollbar does not generate this behavior to lock the scroll.
However the behavior of the scroll bar only happens when there is more than an expanded group, can take the test with various groups expanded and you'll notice that scrolling the scroll to be locked.

Hi,

According to your screenshot you are using hierarchy not grouping. Can you please post your XAML to see what you've set for the grid in your case?

Hello,
I am providing a VIDEO with the behavior of the scroll bar when locking the child nodes are expanded.
You can see in the video with the child nodes not expanded control (Grid) control scroll bar works properly, the course being pressed down or up. But after expanding the child nodes and press the cursor down control the behavior of the Scroll Bar mind begins to break lock and lock the grid, as the video shows.

Hello Eduardo,

Unfortunately, I am still not able to reproduce the issue you reported. As I can see in your video, you have used the attached project after some modifications to demonstrate the problem. Will it be possible to open a support ticket a send the modified version so we can debug it on our side?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Vera

Hi Eduardo,

The reported problem is no longer reproducible with our just released service pack. It is available for download under Your Account. May I ask to to give a try and see how it works on your side?

Let me know in case you still experience the problem.
