Hello Telerik Team,

I am using the RadScheduleView in a LOB application, but when I upgraded to the latest version (712), a runtime exception "the element is already child of another element" began to produce when running the application.

Do I have to change something with the new version to make it work as before?

I'm afraid that the provided information is not enough to find the reason for this exception. Could you please send us more details which will help us reproduce the problem? Thanks

Hello Yana,

I'm using the ScheduleView in an MVVM application, where I populate the control with data from the Viewmodel. When I  was working with the older version (419), it works correctly, but when I upgraded to the new version, (without modifying anything in my code), an exception of type "element is already child of another element" is thrown at runtime.
I tried to go back to the old version, it works as usual, but switching back to the new version, exception ! In debug mode, an exception dialog is simply shown, and the application continues to run normally, but when deployed, the application crashes!
Note: I am using Windows7 theme for all the controls (at application level).

Is it related to the new style of the ScheduleView ?

Thank you and I hope we can figure out a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Hello Hamza,

I'm afraid that we still cannot reproduce the issue at our side. Could you please download the latest internal build (2011.2.0808) and try with it? If you the problem persists, please open a support ticket and send us a runnable example demonstrating the issue there. Thanks
