I have just installed OpenAccess ORM however the menu option to enable a project to use ORM is not showing up in Visual Studio. We are using Visual Studio 2008. Please see the attached screen shot of the current menu. Any suggestions as to how to get the enable a project to use ORM option to appear will be most appreciated. Thank you.
