[Solved] Problem with Hyperlink Manager in Telerick Rad Editor

Hello,

The  words aren’t always underlined when I attach the link.

 Is there a proper procedure that I need to follow that I may not be following in order to get the link underlined? And when I change the color or the type, it sometimes doesn’t go into effect.

 Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello Pavan,

One reason for the links not to be underlined is that there is a css styling loaded in the content area of the editor, which is modifying the anchors appearance. Check what styles are loaded in the iframe of the control. If you are not able to track what is decorating the anchors, provide us with the following information:
1. Confirm, which version of RadEditor for MOSS are you using?
2. Provide us with the configuration files of the control:

• /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/5.x.x.0__1f131a624888eeed/Resources/ - for 5.x.x version of RadEditor for MOSS
• /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/4.x.x.x__1f131a624888eeed/RadControls/Editor - for 4.x.x version of RadEditor for MOSS.

3. Provide us with the styles, which are loaded in the editor's content area.

In order to use the link manager provided by Telerik, open the corresponding ToolsFile.xml or ListToolsFile.xml, which are located in one of the following folders /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/5.x.x.0__1f131a624888eeed/Resources/,
/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/4.x.x.x__1f131a624888eeed/RadControls/Editor and change

<tool name="MOSSLinkManager" shortcut="CTRL+K" />

to

<tool name="LinkManager" shortcut="CTRL+K" />
