There is sample solution in attachment. where you can notice the problem with posting DateTimePicker value.
Try to create new record in grid.
DatePicker and other extensions work fine! But DateTimePicker and TimePicker post null value.

I confirmed the reported behavior as a bug. I am glad to inform you that it is already fixed and the fix will be included in the next official release of Telerik components for ASP.NET MVC.
For your convenience I have attached the modified JavaScript file.
