Hello, we using the chart since Q1 and it runs very well. After Update to Q3 and internal build
the radchart sometimes don't show any data (no data available) but data is there because this is
checked before. This issue occurs sometimes and intermitent. We have also problem with radwindow,
may be that is a constellation? At the moment i can only show you a screenshot from Q2 as attachement.

Hello Ulrich,
Based on the supplied information, it is hard to determine what is causing this unwanted behavior. To trace the issue further, it will be best if you open a formal support ticket, and send us a small working project, demonstrating the problem. We will debug it locally, and advise you further.
