Problem with customize grouping element

Hi.
I can't customizing this black “noname” element. When I grouping, this part is added to radGrid. Could you help me, find correct place to edit this part of interface? I used Q1 2010.
In atached file, I selected this part.

This particular element is called GridViewHeaderIndentCell and can be found in the template of GridViewHeaderRow.
