Problem with automatic width in HierarchyChildTemplate?

Hi.

If you place width="*" in a HierarchyChildTemplate column the width does not fill the same width as the parent grid. Can anyone advise how this can be accomplished?

 Please find attached a sample solution where the last column in the HierarchyChildTemplate grid takes up all the available space. If you are unable to reproduce the behavior in your project, please share it.
