Problem while creating new stories?

This seems to happen everytime i create a new story, 3 users are in Teampulse updating information when this occurs but we are not updating the "SAME" information.

Someone else has updated the same information that you have attempted to modify.

Hi Matthew Christian,

We have seen this issue internally, but it is rare and difficult to determine the exact cause. We are working hard to have it resolved for our next release. Does it still happen to you when you are the only person entering anything into TeamPulse? Does it happen when you create a new story? Or after you have changed something in the new story created (title, description, etc)? Are the others getting this error as well? Or are you the only one seeing it?

This happens both when i am the only user in and when there are multiple users in TeamPulse.  This occurs when i am creating a new story, Others were getting the error as well but for me more often.

How often do you see the error? Is it all of the time or only every so often?

It was everytime i created a new story, but our hardware tech restarted the sql services and it started working alot better. Now it is only once in awhile.
