Firstly, I am appologized for my poor English.
I develop via Miscrosoft.Prism + Q1 2011. While loading the module using version Q1, it shows the System.IO.FileLoadException on Telerik dlls. But the version Q1 2010 is all right. And the application using Q1 2010 and not using Prism is all right too.
What should I do?

I'm also getting the same exception after upgrading to Q1 2011 SP1 + the latest hot fix. The message below would appear in the output window whenever I tried to load my XAML in the Visual Studio designer.
Error 462 System.IO.FileLoadException was thrown on "C:\......: Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Windows.Controls, Version=2011.1.516.40, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5803cfa389c90ce7' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
