You guys need a problem reporting section where we can send anon feedback w\out needing to post here with website issues
ANYWAY :)
The new menu, my avatar is only 53px high, but you've hardcoded the image as 80px, and there being a default image on that my avatar looks like a dog face with dancy feet (see attached)
Perhaps change it to max-height:80px?

We have a feedback section here: http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets/general-feedback.aspx where you can send us any feedback, related with the website without posting it on forums or on another public page.
Very soon we will have some design changes in the Main Navigation and your problem will be fixed with them. Sorry for the caused inconvenience !
