Problem Loading Editor in IE

I am using Telerik MVC Editor version : 2011.2.712.340 Open source version in my project. While incorporating the Editor in my project I am able to use it with out fail in Mozilla and Google Chrome Browsers where in IE my editor is disabled. When checked I am getting this errors populated

SCRIPT70: Permission denied
jquery-1.5.1.min.js, line 16 character 13143

Can some one please help me to get rid of this problem.
