We recently bought Telerik Premium Controls but are unable to install. I'm attaching an image with the error message that occurs during installation.

I would recommend redownloading the installation package and attempting another installation. If that does not help, an installation log would be most helpful.Greetings,
To run the installer with logging enabled you can use the following steps:
- Open a command prompt;
- Navigate to the folder, where the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX installer is located;
- Run the following command:
msiexec /i Telerik.Web.UI_2010_2_826_Trial.msi /limev Telerik.Web.UI.Install.log- Perform an installation
You could then open a formal support ticket and send us the created Telerik.Web.UI.Install.log file.

Apparently what caused the issue was the fact that after downloading the products I moved them to a shared folder in our network and tried to install from there. That caused the corrupted media1.cab error. I installed the downloaded version from my local machine and everything worked.
