Hi Amorenew,
I'm very sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Before we do a real-time meeting, could you please try a few thing which might resolve the problem:
First off - are you running under an Administrator account? If not then you'll need Switch User to some account with Administrator rights (preferably the same one that was used to install WebUI Test Studio).
Have you configured Internet Explorer as shown in this tutorial? If not , please go ahead and configure it and then check whether this has solved the issue
If the problem persists after configuring the browser you'll need to reinstall WebUI Test Studio. This is very easy to do, it's not time-consuming at all. Also it won't cause you to lose any of the Test Project you've already created.
Ok, first uninstall Telerik WebUI Test Studio from Add/Remove programs. This will uninstall both QA and Dev edition of WebUI Test Studio.
Now you can install both of them again from the following links:
Dev edition:
http://www.telerik.com/downloads/productfiles/bahad/WebUI_TestStudio_Developer_2010_3_1109_Trial.msi
QA edition
http://www.telerik.com/downloads/nightbuildfiles/hed/Telerik.WebUI.TestStudio.QA.2010.3.1126.msi
If this does not solve the issue then we'll definitely have to do a live session to get you up and running as fast as possible. If so please me know what time zone you are in and your availability and I'll setup the meeting. I'm in Sofia, Bulgaria which is Central Time (GMT -2).

i found the problem
the internet explorer 8 may change its configuration automatic .
when remove ie8 or update .the settinge get to default.
configured Internet Explorer as shown in this tutorial ? ..
also i want a download link to Automated Testing in the Agile Environment
beacause i cant download it
i suggest make a cd learning for webUI Test studio like lynda.com
