Hi,
I'd like to request the following two features for RadWindow:
PreviewWindowStateChange
PreviewSizeChange
The reason I ask is that the two events that are there now occur AFTER the size or state has already happened, so it's very difficult to add any effects.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will log your request, but for now we are not planning to add this features.
On the other hand we are planning to add built in support for animations to the Window control and you will not need this events any more. This support should be added for Q1 release.
