Preventing Multiple Check of Checkbox

Hi,
        I am using a checkbox inside radgridview. i want to check only one checkbox at a time . if i select another checkbox,previously checked check box should get unchecked. Thereby i can check only one checkbox in that grid and i should not use two way binding also.
can anyone help me.
