Preventing Expander to expand on space key

Hi There,

We are using RadExpander in our application and we are making very good use of it.

We have couple of textboxes in the RadExpander's Header and In the content area we have UserControl.

Now, the problem is, when we hit "space" in the textboxes which are in the RadExpander's Header, expander expands/collapses.

This is annoying because user can not type "Space" in the textbox provided.

Do you have any solution to this problem?
I have gone thru the forum which has solution for the "Enter" key, but similar solution doesn't work for the space key problem...

Can you please tell me the fix?

Hi James,

We already answered to your previous ticket.

For your convenience I will copy our answer here too:

Actually the Expander's Header is a toggle button this is the reason for the strange effect with the Enter key and the mouse click. If you still prefer to place an edit box or a button inside the header than it is better to edit the expander's template and to shrink the toggle button not to occupy the whole header pole.
