Prevent repeating values in Telerik RadGridView column

Hi,
     Is there anyway where I can merge cells to avoid duplicate entries in the RadGridView using Silverlight? Say, if I have 5 columns with repeating values present in column 1 and column 4 i need to merge rows with "like values" into a single cell.

There is no such functionality in RadGridView.

           Is there a possiblity of merging two rows of similar data? Please note that i dont want any grouping to be done?
