Hi Alexandre,

There is a UI Designer tool available in Graphite and Mist. However, it is still experimental and provides support for Kendo UI Mobile and Kendo UI DataViz projects with a number of known limitations. The good news is that the UI Designer tool gets updated for every release with support for even more widgets and important bug fixes. You can read more about the designer and how to use it here.

Should you want to see a particular improvement in the designer tool, feel free to submit a suggestion in the Feedback Portal.
