Hi Telerik,

I'm not sure you received, so I repost here...  

After a long time evaluation, I decided to add Telerik MVC product into my .NET business development toolkit. My boss approved to buy Telerik .NET Premium Suite yesterday($1299), but I really concerned these bugs and questions I have submitted in the MVC forum without any response from your side. Can you promise I could get prompt reply and support after purchasing your products?

The open issues:

Model Client Validation doesn't work from 2011Q3

Suggestion: Remove "mode" flag while changing the page

BUG in MVC Demo of Grid->Editing->Server Editing

Incompatible with IE6

Page size drop down doesn't work with custom binding

Another thing is if we can buy the license through agency such as SHI?

Hello,

 Telerik does not guarantee replies to forum posts. If you need guaranteed reply from Telerik consider opening a support ticket. The trial license gives you access to three support tickets free of charge.

 I couldn't reproduce the problems mentioned in the forum threads in our online demos. Validation seems to work ok in server editing, the demos work in IE6 and there was no problem when paging. Could it be that you are using an older version?

Hi Atanas,

I can not find a way to register any free trails in the trail download page even I downloaded MVC trail. So I'm not able to submit the 3 support tickets. May I use "General Feedback" instead? Please advise.

Hello Henry,

You can download trial products from the "Download and Manage your products" section in your account.
As for the problem with the validation in IE8, it is a known issue with IE8 and the jQuery validation - there are several threads in this forum discussing this issue. Regarding the rest of the issues, please download the latest release (Q1 2012) and give it a try.

I understood that I must download and INSTALL the trail package, after installation the trail has been registered. I'm the idiot. :)
