    If you have a license to the "Premium Collection" will this be added on as a product that we you get with your current license ?

No, for some reason they put it into the ultimate collection instead.

Thank you for your question. For now we are planning to add it only in the Ultimate Collection. If you have active Ultimate Collection license at the time when we publish the first official version of JustTrace after Beta, you will get it together with the rest of the bundle.
