Hello Rob,
In the exporting event of RadGridView, you get access to the exported stream and you may perform any corrections it there. I am not sure what extent of control you may have over the wrapping there as it depends on the export format you are using.
It is not an easy or straightforward solution , but it is the only one I can think of with the current version of RadGridView for Silverlight.
