I have licenses for both Win8 and WP8 to provide some consistency between my apps on each platform (as well as save time not having to implement my own controls, of course). I wanted to use the ToolTip control as well, but wondering if there were any plans for bring that to Win8.

Thank you for using our RadControls for Windows 8!
At this point we do not have plans for implementing a RadToolTip control. However you can log this as a feature request in our Ideas and Feedback Portal where you can follow its status and also vote for already existing requests. Additionally, there is a built-in ToolTip component in the WinRT/XAML stack and this component offers excellent performance and great level of customization.
