Currently we are doing a POC for Trading application, and using trial version of Telerik control. Data is very large. Performance of our application is very low. Can you tell what can be the reason for so pathetic performance and how can we improve that. Its really urgent, so please reply ASAP. Once this gets resolved, we are planning to buy Telerik controls ASAP.

Telerik Team,
I have gone through the links which you told in previous reply, they are only for GridView. I have searched on your site, but I can not find any Performance related material for Rad Menu and RadWindow. Can you please give some tips, so as how to improve their performance, because our menu is getting freezed , thus degrading performance.
Also other problem is that, we are using Rad Menu, and Rad Window with HTML Placeholder, when this HTML Window is open, and if we move to Menu, than Menu goes behind HTMLPlaceholder, thus menu dropdown is not visible.
Can you please suggest some solutions for the above problems ASAP.

Thank you for contacting us.
The freezing issue of the ContextMenu is already fixed. Please migrate to the latest available version of our controls and the problem should be resolved.
Unfortunately we can't do much about the HtmlPlaceHolder issue. We can't render the html inside the Silverlight application. We are just positioning it over the whole application in the browser stack - this is the reason that you can't display anything above it. At the moment we are not aware of anything that can help us deal with that.
