[Solved] Perf issue if don't set fixed width height

i have something fimilar to First look with the parent-child hierarchy. and with about 2500 rows in the grid.
I come to notice that it takes 5min to bind if i don't give the grid a fixed width and height.
Setting a fixed width and height removes this 5min latency.

Now, it's an issue becos of all the resizing and the scrollbar issues.
Is there a workaround for this?

The grid will create all rows if it is inside StackPanel or ScrollViewer - can you post more info about your case?
