SInce the latest update, whenever space is pressed to get a space in a textbox, it just changes highlighting of the panel bar without inputting the space.

Hello ryan,

We are aware of this issue in the Q1 2011 RadTreeView (The RadPanelBar inherits from). The good news is that it is fixed and the "repaired" PanelBar will be available with the internal build later today. You will be able to download it from your account page at www.telerik.com. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

All the best,

There exactly the same problem with Q3 2010 build 1501.
Is there any chance it would be fixed in Q3 ?

PS.
We cannot use Q1 2011 for some reasons yet.

Hi,
I downloaded the last internal build (2011.1.322.1040), but the bug is still here.
I cannot use the space in the text box control.

I suggest you to use a tool like "WebUI Test Studio" for your automated tests (joke)!

Best regards,
Stephane.

Hello Stephane,

@Serhiy
Fixing an old build is out of development operation`s scope. The last internal build that does not include this bug is 1421, the last official release that also is stable with this issue is Q3 2010 SP1 (1314).

@Stephane
Unfortunately, we did not manage to fix it for the 0322 and we are now working on resolving it. Please accept my apologies for misleading you in the previous post. Hope this will be ok in the next week`s internal build.

Hi Nour,

Could you please post here your XAML definition and the steps you follow for the mentioned space issue ? I tested RadPanelbar with R2 2016 for Silverlight Release and it works expected on my side.

   <telerik:RadPanelBar HorizontalAlignment="Center" VerticalAlignment="Top">

                <telerik:RadPanelBarItem Header="TextBoxes" >
                        <TextBox Width="200" />
                </telerik:RadPanelBarItem>

                <telerik:RadPanelBarItem Header="item 2" />

                <telerik:RadPanelBarItem Header="item 3" />

            </telerik:RadPanelBar>
