I found a nice how to document on editing styles in blend that had been posted in one of the questions.
In the word doc, it shows the panel bar with the top header selected and expanded and shows the items under that panel.

Like this:

PanelBar
"item 1"
    "sub item 1"
    "sub item 2"
"item 2"

However, in my blend solution I can only see the header items, and not the sub items. Is there any way I can configure it to see the sub items so I can see what the new styling will look like?

Attached is a screen shot of my panel bar in blend.

Hello Matthew,

The RadPanelBar control still does not support interaction on the design surface, but instead you can set the IsExpanded property of the item you want to edit to "true" from the property grid on the right.
