I am using Telerik for Silverlight version v2014.2.729.1050. The application i am using had the previous version of telerik dll s. Recently i upgraded it to the latest version. After upgrading, the pageup and page down button has stopped working in case of multiple pages document. When the first page of the multi-page document loads in the pdf viewer region, both the page up and page down button gets disabled.(the page down button should have been active) But, when the document is scrolled using mouse to the second page, from there the functionality of the buttons becomes perfect. It is just in case of loading of the first document, that it is not working.

Hello Neelambuj,
This issue is reproducible with the service pack binaries. However, in the latest internal build it is already fixed. Please try to upgrade to the LIB version and contact us if you still experience similar issues.

One thing which i noticed is that the demo site for Telerik (http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#PdfViewer/FirstLook) has the same problem. The page-up and page-down buttons are disabled when the pdf is loaded for the first time. After a few scroll downs, it works perfect.
Is that the behaviour of the current libraries?

Hello,
The service pack version is v2014.2.729.1050 and with this version the issue is reproducible. Telerik's online demo uses the service pack version. The latest internal build version is v2014.2.0922 and the issue should be fixed in this LIB version.
As for the next official release - Q3 is expected at the end of October 2014.
