Unfortunately there are no solutions for this issue at the moment. The RadOutlookBar has no automation support at the moment.
However, I want to assure you that we are actively working on the RadControls automation support and we will continue our efforts during the next release cycle as well. But at the moment I cannot give an exact estimate of when the RadOutlookBar automation support will be completely implemented so please stay tuned for more info.
