PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I am trying to find some solid doco on whether OpenAccess can be used for Windows Mobile 6 form apps. I have seen a couple of "mobile app" related statements on the Telerik site (and some other sites who review OpenAccess), but can't find anything in the "Made Easy" manual, code samples or online help. We need to develop ASP web app which also supports a WM6 device on the road, but before I head down the prototyping path I'd like to find out if I can use the ORM modelling directly from a WM6 app (not browser, form based)

Hello Paul Verkruissen,
We changed your thread to Forum thread (the purpose of CodeLibrary and KnowledgeBase threads is a bit different).
Straight to your question: We have not tested the OpenAccess ORM framework in mobile scenarios. I dont believe it is an easy task to use it in Win Mobile environments, because first it has to be compiled and verified against the Compact Framework .NET, and even so only the ObjectContainer will be applicable for use on a mobile platform. Also currently we have no such plans on our agenda, because developing a really nice experience with such a product on a mobile platform will require significant amount of time and resources.
