There is no straightforward way to achieve this. One solution is to edit the default style in Blend and add a different cursor for the Grid element that represents the header. Could you please examine the attached sample project and if you have further questions feel free to ask?

thanks for the effort. Fit my needs totally.
But it is a lot of XAML, for such a small thing :-(

Of course the themes are not working anymore for the TileView.
Did not thing of that, but now I saw it. Not good for me.
Just another question:
Is it possible to expand the tile if the user clicks the tile somewhere and not only on header?
