In our projects,we have two unique things to be done,copy from excel and multi paste in the grid (one to many copy paste)
2.Auto filter,where user should be able to appky filter at header and export to excel the filtered rows.
can i do these two operations with telerik controls,so far we tried and could not get a concrete answer

As to your questions:
1. You can check this PITS Item where a similar feature has been added for future development.
2. You can export only the filtered items which are available in the RadGridView.Items collection. Actually they will be exported by default if you use the RadGridView.Export method.
