When I hit the bottom of the list while using OnDemandAutomatic it shows a little "loading" text at the bottom of the screen. I want something more fancy like a progress bar or even the thing that is shown with pull to refresh. Is there any itemtemplate I can modify? I can't seem to find one related to this particular event.
