Indeed NumericBox for Windows 8 (XAML) is in our TODO list but we have not finalized our product backlog for the next release yet so we cannot commit a specific timeframe for the availability of this control right now.
As soon as we are done with planning, we will publish our updated RoadMap. Meanwhile you can check our Ideas and Feedback Portal where you can add this as a feature request or vote for an already existing one (the higher the demand, the higher the priority).
