I had JustCode 3/09 installed and I uninstalled it and tried to install 4/15. I lauch the installer and it brings my computer to a halt. I have tried about 6-7 times to install without success. I have checked for windows updates as well as shut down my virus software without success. I am running on Windows 7 professional. Are there any known issues/fixes?

Hello Eddie Conner,

We don't have any similar known issues with our installer.
Can you check the event log for suspicious entries?
You can also start the installer from the command line with logging: "JustCode.msi  /l*v JustCode.log". This will create a JustCode.log file in the current directory. Please send it to us.
We don't do anything "dangerous" in the installer that can halt your computer. Can you try if other installers are working OK?

I tried launching the installer from the command line with the log file. I got the same results that the installer never presented the privacy statement. It just caused the computer to slow down to a point where I could not launch any other applications. It would take like 30 seconds to just get any window to change.

However I was successful in installing ASP.NET AJAX, Winforms, Silverlight, WPF, and Reporting without any issues.

I have finally installed JustCode 4/15 successfully. I had to go to the services control panel and shut down 8-10 services running for the Panda AntiVirus Ineternet 2010 suite. The odd thing is that the same installer product used by Telerik for JustCode is also used by other Telerik installer applications. There other apps installed without any issues.
