Not displayed select all checkbox and didn't take the style while dynamic creation

Hi,

I am creating a gridview and its columns dynamically using C# code. I applied selectmode= multiple and create GridViewSelectColumn dynamically , but the select all checkbox is not displayed in the header and also set the style by code, this is not working.

Please give any suggestions to fix my problems.

I've tried to reproduce the problem you report, but to no avail. I have attached my test project for a reference. Could you check it and modify it in order to demonstrate the issue?

In my case, radgrid is also created dynamically. no markup in the xaml files.
