Not able to find skin property

Hi,
I am using Rad controls for silverlight Q2 2009. I need to change skin of RadToolbar to 'Office'. But not able to find skin in property panel. Am I missing out something?

Hi,

Our controls rely on an attached property to change their skins:
xmlns:telerik="clr-namespace:Telerik.Windows.Controls;assembly=Telerik.Windows.Controls"
xmlns:telerikNavigation="clr-namespace:Telerik.Windows.Controls;assembly=Telerik.Windows.Controls.Navigation"

<telerikNavigation:RadToolBar telerik:StyleManager.Theme="Office_Blue" ... />
