Newly added items doesn't appear to have a stackrank value. If I move them after they have been added (by move, I mean reorder) then they have a stackrank.

the Telerik team
Where are you creating your items in TeamPulse or Tfs? In TeamPulse the value should be under Backlog Priority and in tfs it is Stack Rank. Could you provide us with some detailed steps to reproduce? Are you experiencing any problems connected to the missing value?
