It seems that RadRichTextBox.IsReadOnly = false is not responded to right away. It only seems to do so after an additional MouseOver. The surprising thing is that there is no problem the other way around: RadRichTextBox.IsReadOnly = true.
What I try to do is let the RadRichTextBox respond to IsReadOnly in appearance by an adapted ControlTemplate. I have added a Storyboard to the ReadOnly VisualState. It does work, but only after the additional MouseOver. Switching back to the Normal VisualState is no problem.
I can not explain it so far. So it leaves me to the question whether there is a problem in RadRichTextBox.
If you can solve this problem, or can give me a clue what else could be wrong, or how to circumvent the problem, please do. Currently I have to switch off the behaviour because it looks buggy. And in fact it is.
Thanks.
