I am not sure why but the No-Data message is not displaying when there is no data. When I first load the page it should say no-data as I am not binding anything but it does not display. Same thing goes if I bind with null values. Is there a simply work around for this when the data is null?

I can tell it is binding some data on load but I think it is null.
