Hi Anthony,
The error you are seeing is returned under one of these conditions:
- The user really does not exist (for example, if the user information like the domain has been typed wrong then the user check will fail).
- The user is not enabled.
- The user has been deleted.
Could you double check that your user information is entered correctly and that the user is enabled?
