In v. 2012.2.912.1050 all OK, but in this 2013.1.220.1050 pdf file have only cells borders, without data
No errors, no exceptions, no warnings ...

How do you create the RadDocument? Can you post the code you are using or export the problemati document to XAML and paste it here? This way we will be able to investigate the issue further.

Windows 8 by default has a pre-installed pdf reader, who doesn't open documents, created via telerik. And google docs too.
Only when I installed adobe reader document was opened successfully.
Incidentally, it's reproduce not only with my code, and when save file from telerik demo url.
And just unfortunate that after opening pdf file through Adobe Reader, he believes that the file has changed and it has to save the changes

This is a known issue. We have it in our to do list, but it is not scheduled yet, so I cannot tell when it will be resolved.
