just installed controls for silver light. Can't drag a control to the design surface. It doesn't create any XAML.
is there a licence issue of some sort? Please advise.

Hi Steven,
Could you try to reset the toolbox and add the controls manually as shown in this topic?

Does this mean that when I do a Q2 update, I need to copy controlls here as well? Is there a better way to do this? I mean, I have a solution. So thanks for that. Just wondering. Although cludges are part of every day developer life, they *still* make me nervous.
thanks,

Hello Steven,
Well, our Silverlight control are installed into the toolbox automatically but sometimes, for some reason, which we will investigate, the toolbox is not updated correctly.
Alternative approach to the one suggested by my colleague is to perform Reset operation on the toolbox.
Hope this helps.
