Hi Steve,
I could not reproduce that problem. Are you using the latest internal build (published on October 20th)? We did some improvements in JavaScript formatter there.
If the problem still persist in the latest internal build, can you please send me a code snippet, in which the problem is reproducible. Also please let me know if you have changed anything in JavaScript code style settings.
