* Added a flashing effect for the RadWindow when in modal form and its owner is clicked.
* Added option to show the RadWindow in the TaskBar.
How do we use these features? I have some modal windows that do not flash when the owner/parent is clicked. What about the taskbar feature?

Hi Jorn,
The first feature is enabled out of the box and the second one is set as an attached property like this:
However there have been an error in the Release notes. This two options are only available for WPF not for Silverlight and that is why you are not seeing the flashing effect.
