New app for a brand new guy in app builder

Hi

I am a big fa os your products in special asp.net ajsx and wpf controls, but i am newbie in Kendou UI mobile and App Builder.

So i will give a try in telerik platform to mobile dev.

I need to get data from webservice(just old webservice, 4.0 Project so no webapi or whatever), id like to save this data or Sqllite if i can use sync to online e off-line scenarios, or maybe to a xml file(or json) on local storage file

So i can identify the connection and suggest to sync or download xml file again.

Can i use local sqllite and sync with online sqlserver? (any tutorials vídeos etc)?

Second option (xml/json file)

Kendoui can bind to xml?

Cordova can use storage file área? again tuorials.
